Due to constant growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support upcoming projects in Montreal, Canada .
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Oversee and manage projects related to plasma purification , fractionation , and downstream processing from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans , including timelines , resource allocation , budgets , and risk mitigation strategies .
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, quality, manufacturing) to ensure project deliverables meet technical and regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA, WHO).
- Leverage knowledge of plasma fractionation processes (e.g., Cohn fractionation , chromatography , ultrafiltration , precipitation ) to guide project activities and optimize purification processes .
- Manage project budgets and track expenses , ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including international partners , vendors , and regulatory agencies .
- Use French and English proficiency for communication with French-speaking clients and team members.
- Monitor project progress , track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and mitigate risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams (scientists, engineers, technicians, quality personnel) to achieve project goals, ensuring seamless integration of systems.
- Identify and allocate resources (human, material, and financial) to support project success and manage the scale-up and technology transfer of plasma purification processes to production facilities.
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes, maintaining compliance with training requirements .
