What will your typical day look like?


As a member of the leadership team you will spend your time helping manage the risk for the service line. This will involve assisting with strategic initiatives for the Risk Team to help drive for better efficiency,
remove barriers and enable greater team functioning as well as tackling risk management functions and escalations such as managing internal compliance, leading complex negotiations, assisting with risk mitigations and handling global engagements. The role will have responsibility for helping manage talent related matters and managing a team.

About the team


The role will be supporting our Technology and Transformation, Strategy Risk and Transaction, and Operate business within Deloitte and sits within the Service Excellence team that supports practitioners
on all their deal services needs. We are a growing team looking to supplement existing capabilities to further enhance our support of the business

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in handling risk and risk mitigations associated with contracting
  • Demonstrated experience in human resource development, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness and ability to work on strategic initiatives and projects
  • Proven understanding of risk management, compliance, and related domains

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities and tackle ad hoc tasks as required

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $260,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
