Configuration Management Specialist

Marketers on Demand is recruiting for a Configuration Management Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Configuration Management functions in assigned projects / products, to assure consistency in application of Configuration Management principles and change control processes over the lifecycle of a project / product.

Key Responsibilities :

• Describes, implements and maintains the fundamental activities within the relevant Configuration Management Plan
• Be involved with configuration Management and planning, configuration identification, configuration control and configuration status accounting
• Implements the Configuration Management system for the project / product
• Ensures consistency of information in the configuration management system for the project / product
• Participates in creation of Product Breakdown Structure
• Ensures proper use of PLM system and end to end implementation of the CM practices
• Specifies to sub-contractors and suppliers the CM requirements through Statement of Work

Please note, this is a one year contract with a chance of extension. In addition, this is a hybrid position based in the GTA.
