Advantages

Global Enterprise Scale: Influence a massive digital transformation spanning multi-country business units and cross-functional technology teams.

Strategic Product Authority: Serve as the ultimate product lead approving Program Increment (PI) objectives, feature backlogs, and capability prioritization.

Collaborative Leadership Culture: Lead and mentor a team of talented Product Owners in a modern, matrixed Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Vision, Strategy & Portfolio Roadmapping
Product Vision & Strategy: Partner with executive business stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering leads to build a well-articulated global product vision, domain strategy, and long-range technology roadmap.

Program Increment (PI) Authority: Serve as the primary product authority owning feature backlogs, approving PI/TI and iteration objectives, and ensuring business needs cascade effectively to squad levels.

Process & Workflow Optimization: Evolve Lean-Agile practices and operationalize product management workflows while maintaining flexibility for squad-specific ways of working.

End-to-End Delivery & Stakeholder Alignment
Feature & Epic Execution: Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Epics, Features, and Stories, tracking product success metrics and driving continuous improvements.

Capacity & Risk Management: Manage demand versus capacity gaps, mitigate resource contention, and formulate contingency plans at the portfolio and program level.

Product Owner Mentorship: Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners across various seniority levels.

Vendor & Third-Party Integration: Oversee product integration strategies involving third-party software, SaaS applications, and companion enterprise systems.

Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of total product management experience (or related delivery leadership roles), including 3–5 years of direct people management experience.

Global Implementation Track Record: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale global technology implementations.

SAFe & Agile Mastery: Hands-on experience leading and participating in SAFe events (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Release Planning) with deep knowledge of Agile techniques and frameworks.

Tooling & Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile lifecycle platforms; experience handling third-party SaaS applications and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Soft Skills: Exceptional consultation, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentorship skills; proven ability to drive business outcomes in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Active Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) designation.

Cross-domain expertise encompassing real estate, store development, or workplace management systems.

Summary
If you are a tech-savvy Product Management Manager who pairs an absolute command of SAFe frameworks, product roadmapping, and global SaaS application rollouts with the people leadership needed to guide enterprise Product Owners, this 6-month remote contract is an outstanding opportunity. Bring your strategic vision, backlog precision, and collaborative leadership style to our client's global transformation team today!
