Description
JOB FUNCTION
In this exciting Human Resources opportunity, you will be looking for creative, and innovative ways to improve our HR team, processes, and systems; ensuring what we are doing is truly adding value to the business and our employees. The HRBP Generalist is responsible for supporting the HRBP function for their assigned sites and client groups within Distribution, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Research and Development environments. The incumbent will collaborate with the HR Centre Of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure the HR team is supporting the needs of the business and its employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Positive Employee Relations / Communications
- Leading and Supporting the HRBP Manager with fostering a culture of positive employee relations and engagement. Supporting investigations, issue resolution, corrective actions, and coaching / guiding of managers / employees in regard to policies / procedures interpretation, central contact for local employee communications. Participating in Employee roundtables, and quarterly operational update meetings.
- Work with the HRBP Manager to support local organizational change initiatives.
