Salary : $45.00 per hour

Wildstone Construction is currently recruiting for a Journeyperson Electrician. Our electrical team supports our water / wastewater, energy, and institutional projects, collaborating with our in-house Mech / HVAC division to provide control wiring capabilities. Were looking for a motivated and highly- skilled Journeyperson confident in their ability to direct and supervise tasks to get the job done!

The ideal candidate will be experienced in :

Cable Tray & Teck cable installation methods.
Switchgear, MCC, equipment & generator installation methods.
PLC & Instrumentation wiring & termination standards
Familiar with cable schedules, control wiring diagrams andPLC io drawings.
Installation of outdoor pad mounted switchgear, oil filled transformers, and containerized equipment.
Termination of 25kv deadbreak elbows

Youll travel for work to locations throughout BC, the Yukon and occasionally the Northwest Territories. Our crews typically work 21 / 7 rotations, travel in and out of various locations, work 10-hour shifts on average, and enjoy the comforts of home in well-maintained crew houses.

Your day to day :

Underground and slab conduit and grounding.

Building wiring - typically EMT, Rigid, PVC or Teck.

Installation of power distribution switchgear, backup generators, transformers, motor control centers, PLC control panels, VFDs, pumps, and instrumentation.

Motor control wiring, process instrument control wiring, and HVAC control wiring.

Additional qualities were looking for :

FSR Certified Red Seal Journeyperson Electricianwith experience on ICI work sites.

Able to follow Canadian Electric Code, and BC Hydro, Fortis, and ATCO electrical standards.

Proficient with Procore and MS Office 365.

Able to fulfill the physical requirements of the role.

Valid driver's license. Trailer towing experience an asset.
