Job description

Are you passionate about precision machining and eager to advance your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking enthusiastic CNC Machinists to join our team at various levels of expertise. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in operating machines, performing inspections, and ensuring the highest quality of our products. Join us and become a key contributor to our success!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate CNC machines, including startup procedures, basic controls, machine lubrication, and machine operations.
  • Understand material requirements and perform product handling procedures.
  • Verify product conformance using various inspection techniques and instruments (e.g., microscopes, micrometers, automated measuring instruments, tool maker’s scope, pin gages, drop gages, and concentricity gages).
  • Understand and apply the fundamentals of the quality management system.
  • Read and interpret drawings, identifying defect types and implementing sorting and lot control procedures.
  • Perform work in accordance with traveler and work instructions.
  • Conduct technical end-of-shift duties, end-of-job tear down, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Possess CNC turning experience (open to various machines).

Levels of Expertise :

Level I : Entry-Level Position

  • Learn to follow procedures for machine operation and product inspection.
  • Perform basic-level tasks under supervision.
  • Level II : Intermediate Position

  • Previous levels IV, V, VI experience.
  • Capable of performing tool changes and adjustments.
  • Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills and techniques.
  • Level III : Advanced Position

  • Previous levels VII, VIII experience.
  • Independently set up machines and handle advanced troubleshooting.
  • Level IV : Master Position

  • Previous levels IX, X experience.
  • Exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills on multiple machine types.
  • Establish manufacturing methods and lead the work area with best-in-class performance and direction-setting.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience in CNC turning.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using various inspection instruments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
