Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Import / Export Manager to join our team. As an Import / Export Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing logistics.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Import / Export Compliance : Ensure compliance with import / export regulations, laws, and industry standards.
2. Logistics Management : Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
3. Supply Chain Optimization : Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with import / export operations.
5. Communication : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams.
6. Documentation : Prepare and manage import / export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
7. Tariff and Duty Management : Ensure accurate calculation and payment of tariffs and duties.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree : Degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
2. Import / Export Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import / export operations.
3. Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of import / export regulations, laws, and industry standards.
4. Logistics Experience : Experience with logistics providers, including freight forwarders and customs brokers.
5. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
