We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth processes.
Keys to Hire :
Import logistics / shipping experience is a huge plus.
Good math and Excel skills are essential.
AA degree is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
Input orders to support sales representatives.
Assist with invoices.
Perform data entry into ASN (Advance Ship Notice).
Process shipping and receiving documentation.
Schedule trucking companies.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Handle RMA processing.
Majority of the time will be spent working on the computer (data entry & emails).
Qualifications :
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Experience in CSR or shipping / trucking coordination.
Understanding of all import shipping documents / bill of lading.
Must be very detail-oriented.
Must have good math and Excel skills.
Import experience is preferred.
