Job descriptionCoordinate and monitor logistics of movement of materials within the facility and ensure Place orders based on the demand identification / requisition from the supervisor Make suggestions for improving the accuracy and timeliness of information needed to Communicate with the production floor and shipping Develop supplier base to ensure the company is getting the best value Track, monitor, and orders consumables Maintain and administer inventory control through maintenance program Track and control costs Compile detailed work sheets and specifications Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production Prepare and maintain various reports Other duties, as assigned Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following : Health and Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Must have a technical background in maintenance manufacturing environment Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines College level diploma or equivalent education and work experience Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, & Visual Use all resources effectively High level of data accuracy Must be detail orientated Strong negotiating skills are required Familiar with FCA and Volkswagen requirements and systems
