WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Responsible for the ongoing safety of our guests by monitoring trail conditions and managing them effectively. Patrollers will work in conjunction with departments, proactively maintaining a safe environment with ahigh level of care and customer service for our guests and staff. Patrollers will participate in accident investigation, litigation, and first aid calls, including fatalities, and other duties as assigned. Provide the highest level of customer service to our guests to ensure a safe and positive experience, render First Response level of first aid care, and offer assistance to all those in need. Patrollers will provide safe operation of hills / trails / activities - free of hazards during operating hours.
