Our client, a leading organization in the chemical distribution industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator {Electric Counterbalance} to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator {Electric Counterbalance}
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Range: $25 / hr
Shift: 6am – 2:30pm, or 7:30am – 4pm
What's the Job?
- Operate electric counterbalance forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count stock items.
- Handle and transport dangerous goods occasionally, following safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
What's Needed?
- Valid electric counterbalance forklift license
- Minimum 2+ year experience operating such equipment.
- Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials safely and responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a physically active environment.
