Leasing Agents can be the first impression with a potential tenant of Larlyn Property Management within the areas, including Watford, Petrolia, Woodstock, and London. They play a crucial role in collaborating with customers throughout the leasing process, from its inception to occupancy. We are seeking an individual who is friendly, enthusiastic, and self-directed, capable of working both independently and collaboratively as an integral member of our team.
Main Responsibilities :
Leasing & Lease Administration :
- Provide information about vacant suites to prospective residents and other relevant parties. Answer any questions from (prospective) residents in person, by phone and e-mail in a timely manner, pleasant and informative way.
- Answer all rental inquires via emails and calls within same day and book appointments with prospects.
- Schedule appointments with prospective residents, build a relationship and show vacant suites as directed by the Property Manager.
- Provide prospective resident with the rental application.
- Collect the Deposit, Home Insurance Confirmation and Utility Confirmation, if applicable.
- Schedule Tenancy Agreement signing appointment with resident(s) have Tenancy Agreement signed by all relevant parties, perform move-in inspection and provide all keys.
- Notify applicants of the status of their application within two business days of completion.
- Report results on a weekly basis to Property Manager.
- Inspect all vacant units to confirm clean and in ready condition when required by the Property Manager.
