Title : Test Lead

Location- Hybrid minimum of 2-3 days per week
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on automation testing, leadership, and hands-on experience with key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 5-10 testers while performing hands-on testing. This role involves designing and executing test strategies, expanding automation coverage, and ensuring efficient software testing across various projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders.
- Write and review test strategies for projects and contribute to organizational testing policies.
- Provide insights on testing during project activities, such as development and integration testing.
- Plan tests considering objectives, risks, and resources, including selecting test approaches, estimating time and costs, and defining test levels and cycles.
- Expand application automation coverage and automate time-consuming testing scenarios to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Oversee test specification, preparation, implementation, and execution.
- Monitor test results, ensure exit criteria are met, and adapt plans based on progress.
- Implement and monitor metrics for testing progress and product quality.
- Develop and contribute to test automation strategies and framework roadmaps.
- Select appropriate testing tools, organize training for testers, and manage test environments.
- Write test summary reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, and testing.
- Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
