About the role:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time Summer Seasonal Receiving Clerk. The Receiving Clerk is part of the Purchasing Department whose function is toprocurevarious itemsutilizedby the hotel.

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts ofmany,we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage:$23.50 - $24.70

What you will do:

• The Storeroom Clerk checks all incoming goods againstdeliveryinvoices, food specifications, and purchase records.

• Ensures that the type andamountof items charged and ordered were received accurately.

• Issues food, beverage, and non-food goods toappropriate departmentsbased on requisition orders.

What you bring

• High levelof attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Direct involvement with both outside vendors and internal hotel management

• Excellent communication skills are essential

• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken Englishrequired

• Requiresa high levelof physical mobility due to the nature of the position

• Ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours per shift andlift upto 40lbsrequired

• A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential

• Must hold valid work authorization for Canada

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7,365 daysa year, we expect the service attendant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
