The Land Development Manager is accountable for driving the success of the project throughout its lifecycle in accordance with the company’s vision, mission, brand, code of conduct, business strategy and approved business plan and budget.

Education : A post secondary education with a focus on Engineering or Planning; College Diploma (Civil Technologist) or University Degree (Urban Planning Program, Engineering and / or, related discipline).
Experience : A minimum of 5 - 8 years of previous planning / development experience with a developer, consultant or municipality.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :
Hiring pay range : $90,000-$125,000 a year
