- Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Establish and maintain effective performance management systems.
- Provide guidance on labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and create solutions that promote a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
