  • Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities related to the project. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)

  • Coordinate construction efforts between the company stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  • Chair a weekly on-site construction meeting with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare and issue a weekly construction report summarizing field activities, progress, and key issues for distribution by the Project Manager.

  • Promote and maintain strong communication across all site personnel and project stakeholders.

  • Identify, escalate, and support resolution of issues, risks, and safety concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment aligned with the company core values.
