Training Officer for provincial government client, Sioux Lookout, Northern Ontario.
Marberg Job Number : 2506.
Job Type : Temporary.
Initial Term : ASAP for approximately 1 month.
Compensation : $25 per hour.
Regular Work Hours : A minimum of 7.25 hours per day not including .75 hour unpaid lunch break, to be worked on a rotating shift between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Sunday, for between 20 to 40 hours per week. Additional paid hours and overtime hours will be required according to business need.
Work Location : 100% onsite at client's work site, located in municipal conference centre.
Responsibilities Summary :
Training and preparing team of temporary customer service and clerical staff to receive and assist members of the general public with program service delivery, for short term project.
- Organize supplies and equipment for training sessions.
- Work with Recruitment Officers to schedule training sessions.
- Conduct training sessions for temporary customer service and clerical staff team members in both one-on-one and group presentation sessions.
- Additional training delivery and administration responsibilities as required.
Qualifications :
Education : Post secondary education or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Work Experience : At least 1+ years of experience in adult education and training.
