What you’ll do :

The Delivery Shopper is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service; shopping the orders, organizing pick-up and deliveries; processing the orders and maintaining housekeeping standards.

The Delivery Shopper will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in customer service and :

• Have proven organizational and prioritizing skills; thorough and efficient.
• Have good interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships with a diverse group of individuals at all levels, a team player.
• Have strong oral / written communication skills; ability to always communicate effectively and professionally.
• Can work well under pressure.
• Are self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Can frequently lift 20-40 pounds.
• Can walk extensively and must be able to stand for extended periods of time, frequent bending and reaching motions are a routine part of the job.
• Are available to assist in the grocery department as necessary and / or assist with deliveries.
