Our client, a Financial Group and its subsidiaries serving over 8,500 independent brokers, is looking for a Underwriter for its Montreal office.
With offices all across Canada, they believe in combining creativity and new technologies to offer innovative solutions for the industry.
They strive to make their mark by providing the best mortgage experience for borrowers, brokers, and mortgage lenders.
The Underwriter Hub role is to ensure communication with our broker partners is fair and consistent and delivers a professional customer service experience. The person will be required to review, verify, and adjudicate mortgage loan applications and determine loan eligibility decisions. In this role, the person will also ensure all documentation is compliant with all relevant regulatory bodies. The role provides the opportunity to engage with brokers across Canada and will therefore require the flexibility to work within our operational hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
