Adecco Professional has been hired by our client to fill an interim Recruiter job opening in North York, Ontario and is active on their search. They are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has just 1-2 years' experience hiring temporary / contract and direct hire talent for open requisitions primarily in a labour related capacity along with some office-related roles. This Recruiter job opening is a full-time, temporary position starting immediately for approximately 6 months with potential to extend or become something more. Please note that this is an onsite position and there is free parking and it is TTC bus accessible.

For this Recruiter job opening in North York, ON some of your job responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Facilitate end to end recruitment for roles; sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing.
• Coordinate all aspects of recruitment from job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, reference and any applicable background checks, etc.
• Generate and utilize various recruiting sources and your existing network to uncover talent.
• Organize and participate in career / job fairs in the community and with schools.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal staff to determine hiring needs, coordinate any meetings, drive the process etc.
• Track the hires and ensure all required documents / paperwork / compliance is obtained and accurate.
• Support and work with the North American TA team.
• Other duties as assigned.
