Location : Various locations across New Brunswick

The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the organization s mission programs and services. This role involves managing the organization s brand creating marketing materials and maintaining relationships with media outlets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing and communication plans.
• Create content for newsletters social media websites and other marketing materials.
• Manage the organization s social media presence and online reputation.
• Coordinate media relations and respond to media inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and promoting fundraising events and campaigns.

Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design and marketing software.
