Description de l’offre d’emploiCromwell Management Québec Inc. est à la recherche d’un.e commis de bureau junior. La personne doit être polyvalente car les tâches sont variées.
Responsabilités
Aider les gestionnaires immobiliers à rédiger et traduire des avis, des lettres, de la correspondance, envois postaux, renouvellement de baux, communiquer avec fournisseurs pour régler une situation ou obtenir de l’information, faire des recherches dans les dossiers actifs ou les boîtes archivées afin de trouver certains documents ou factures. Remplacer à la réception. Archivage (ce qui implique être capable de lever des boîtes), Entrée de données dans Excel concernant les documents et les boîtes archivés. Toute aide qui peut être apportée au personnel.
Les heures sont de 8h45 à 17h00 5 jours / semaine de mai à la fin août. Possibilité de travailler 2 jours/semaine de septembre à avril.
