Job descriptionParticipate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying causes and proposing recommendations Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management Contribute to the improvement of financial performance tracking tools Participate in financial analyses as part of special projects (cost optimization, investments, etc.) Collaborate with various internal teams (accounting, operations, IT) to gather relevant information Support initiatives for automation and optimization of financial analysis processes Participate in documenting processes and implementing best practices Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An accounting designation (CPA in progress or completed) is an asset. 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting. Excellent proficiency in Excel, accounting tools, and a good understanding of accounting principles.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
