Job descriptionProcess vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Generate and send invoices to clients based on project milestones. Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on collections. Apply payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Record journal entries related to accruals, prepaids, and expense allocations. Assist in maintaining the general ledger and ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded. Assist with financial statement preparation by reconciling accounts and verifying data. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for management review. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end close. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience across various functions including AP and AR Ability and willingness to work fully onsite Advanced Excel skills Proficiency with SAP
