The Position
Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) - Red Seal
The Company
Griffin Wheel Company - Winnipeg is the North American Leader in the manufacture of high quality freight and diesel engine wheels to the railroad industry. Key elements of Griffin's managing philosophy include a work environment dedicated to safety, and the continuous improvement of our high quality wheels through technological advancements and employee involvement.
The Qualifications
We currently have openings for individuals with a valid Journeyman Industrial Mechanic ticket. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of industrial experience with emphasis on hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors systems.
The Person
As a professional, you are committed to working safely and efficiently. You enjoy a fast paced work environment and excel at the challenge of problem assessment, problem solving and timely repairs. You have a friendly disposition and possess effective communication skills.
Amsted offers a competitive compensation package including a shift premium of $0.50 per hour , paid group benefits, fitness credits and a pension.
Hourly Rate $47.89
