Responsabilités
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes afin de comprendre les besoins et créer de la valeur
  • Effectuer des analyses de données tout au long des processus d'approvisionnement
  • Soutenir le développement et l'exécution des stratégies de catégories
  • Gérer les processus d'appels d'offres (RFx), évaluer les propositions et préparer des analyses d'affaires
  • Négocier des contrats, incluant les conditions commerciales et juridiques
  • Surveiller la performance des fournisseurs et gérer les relations
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer l'exécution des processus Procure-to-Pay (P2P) (SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass)
  • Assurer la conformité aux politiques et procédures d'approvisionnement
  • Soutenir les projets d'approvisionnement de la planification jusqu'à la recommandation finale
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue
Qualifications et compétences
  • Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration des affaires, génie, droit ou domaine connexe
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement ou en sourcing
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques et esprit critique
  • Solides compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et respecter les délais
  • Esprit collaboratif et orienté vers la création de valeur
  • Adaptabilité et orientation vers l'amélioration continue
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en approvisionnement
  • Expérience avec les systèmes P2P (SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass)
  • Compréhension des structures contractuelles (SOW, MOU, LOI)
  • Connaissance des concepts financiers (TCO, NPV, CPI, PPI)
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données et production de rapports
  • Connaissance des incoterms et de la logistique (atout)
  • Expérience dans les secteurs du transport ou industriel (atout)
  • Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler et à résider au Canada

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or related field
· 1-3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Collaborative mindset with a focus on value creation
· Adaptability and continuous improvement orientation
· Knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices
· Experience with P2P systems (SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass)
· Understanding of contract structures (SOW, MOU, LOI)
· Familiarity with financial concepts (TCO, NPV, CPI, PPI)
· Strong data analysis and reporting skills
· Knowledge of incoterms and logistics (asset)
