Position Summary
The IT Specialist is responsible for installing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications while providing technical support to end users. The role ensures that systems and software applications are reliable, secure, and meet organizational requirements regarding functionality, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. The incumbent will also manage SharePoint content, support cloud-based systems, and leverage Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities to optimize business operations.
