It is known as a major service center for the agriculture, oil and gas industries and is home to Canadian Forces Base Wainwright. A community of delightful contrasts, it is a township boasting a variety of attractive neighbourhoods from charming older districts lined with trees to steadily expanding new residential subdivisions. You will be conveniently close to inviting parks, modern playgrounds and numerous recreational amenities including the Peace Memorial Multiplex with a walking track and climbing wall, pool, weight training facilities, dance studio, meeting rooms and banquet halls.
