Job descriptionManaging and supporting Windows 10 / 11-based devices, including deployment, patching, application management, and security. Assisting in transitioning to cloud-based services and modernizing their workplace infrastructure. Implementing and enforcing security policies, protecting data, and mitigating risks in the modern workplace environment. Providing technical support and resolving issues related to modern workplace technologies. Using scripting and automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Creating and maintaining documentation, policies, and procedures for modern workplace technologies. Working with other IT team members, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver solutions and ensure a positive user experience. Participating in planning, design, and delivery of IT initiatives related to the modern workplace. Identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of workplace technologies. Bachelor's degree in computer science or 2 years of relevant college coursework required. Additional experience may substitute for education. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience Desktop Management : Deep understanding of desktop management tools and techniques. Endpoint Security : Knowledge of endpoint security aspects and best practices. System Administration : Excellent verbal and written abilities Ability to converse clearly and fluently Customer service and team oriented Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong organization skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail Ability to analyze, understand, and effectively communicate to end users and management Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies Common work schedule is Monday through Friday – 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm Working off hours on site or remotely required Extended Dental, Health and Vision coverage RRSP match Bonus potential in addition to base pay Free on-site parking
