Position Summary
The primary function of the ERP admin is to support and maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and their analytical mindset to uphold standards, maintain internal IT controls and ensure the proper policies and procedures are in place and followed for our ERP systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine ticket management and escalations to drive ERP related problems to final resolution.
- Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the applications and infrastructure within the environment and how they impact employees, customers, and the business.
- Required to assist in the remote troubleshooting and resolution of customer incidents.
- Maintain a working knowledge of how various applications operate, how they interact with one another, skills to identify production errors and familiarity of the organization to contact the appropriate individual to correct issues.
- Manages provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.
- Monitors system performance and usage to identify resource issues and maintain reliability.
- Assists in coordination of new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.
- Assists with the coordination and execution of external audits.
- Ensures compliance with organizational security rules and standards.
- Document relevant business processes and their implications on ERP information security as relates to SOX required controls.
- Ensure company standards regarding security control elements throughout the organization are followed.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for end users.
- Supports the continuous improvement culture through the identification of potential process / procedural improvements and / or participation on cross functional / regional teams.
- Assists in other areas of the department and company when needed.
Qualifications
Experience, Education and Designations :
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field considered an asset.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision, or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred.

- The position may require work outside of normal business hours (including some weekends and holidays) in response to critical, business-impacting situations.
