PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

Préparer le plan de projet avec les parties prenantes
Gérer la portée du projet et réaliser les différents suivis afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés
Suivre les états d’avancement des différentes phases de vie du cycle du projet, les risques ainsi que les impacts
Contribuer à la gestion des autres projets informatiques de l’entreprise (acquisitions, sécurité, mises à jour)
uvrer dans une équipe TI d’environ 60 personnes, incluant un autre PM dans le Centre d’Excellence Oracle

PROFIL

5+ années d’expérience en tant que Gestionnaire de Projets TI

Expérience professionnelle avec un système ERP, particulièrement avec un module Finance et / ou RH

Bonne compréhension des processus financiers et de ressources humaines (HCM)

Connaissance de la solution ERP Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (fort atout)

Maîtrise des aspects applicatif, infrastructure et cybersécurité

Fortes habiletés de communication et relationnelles, autonomie et entregent

Bonne capacité de vulgarisation de concepts techniques à des employés moins techniques

Désir d’apprendre et d’être en mode multi-projets

BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the major integration project of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solution in the company's various subsidiaries, particularly for the HCM and Finance modules.

MORE PRECISELY

Prepare the project plan with stakeholders

Manage the scope of the project and carry out the various follow-ups in order to achieve the set objectives

Monitor the progress of the different life phases of the project cycle, the risks and the impacts

Contribute to the management of the company's other IT projects (acquisitions, security, updates)

Work in an IT team of around 60 people, including another PM in the Oracle Center of Excellence

PROFILE

5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager

Professional experience with an ERP system, particularly with a Finance and / or HR module

Good understanding of financial and human resources (HCM) processes

Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solution (strong asset)

Mastery of application, infrastructure and cybersecurity aspects

Strong communication and relational skills, autonomy and interpersonal skills

Good ability to popularize technical concepts to less technical employees

Desire to learn and be in multi-project mode

BAC in computer science or equivalent

Bilingualism required (French and English)
