Job descriptionPerform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, phones (mobile & landline) and printers for new employees Provide mobile phone support (iPhones & Androids) Perform administration and training for WebEx users Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, servers, and network equipment. Provision / Deactivate accounts on the domain Perform basic administration duties on the Cisco phone system Prepare monthly reports to identify upcoming expiration of domain registrations, software renewals, and hardware warranty renewals.
