Job description

Salary: $113,000 - 153,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • One to three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • One to two years of hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards.
  • Experience working with SQL and multiple data sources.
  • Practical knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, Python, and database technologies.
  • Exposure to Hive, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, or BigQuery is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with BigQuery, AI tools, or machine-learning concepts is also an asset.
  • Strong analytical capability, keen attention to detail, and the ability to explain data clearly.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Tableau experience: 1 year required.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Partner with business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  • Use Tableau Prep, Python, and SQL to clean, validate, and merge data.
  • Develop reusable data sources, calculations, and KPI definitions.
  • Monitor dashboard refreshes, data quality, and performance.
  • Present insights clearly to operational and leadership teams.
  • Maintain documentation and continually improve analytics processes.
  • Turn operational data into dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights that support better business decisions.
