Job descriptionLean on RBC’s strong brand to build a client base of high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and business owners. Leverage RBC’s extensive investment and wealth‑management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans. Foster trusted, multi‑generational relationships using personalized service and advice. Establish reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support all aspects of clients’ financial lives. 4‑6 years of outbound sales experience and comfort earning 100% commission. Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE, and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) prior to your start date. Passion for financial planning and interest in portfolio management. Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals. Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and success in high‑value sales and business development. Completed CFP, CIM, or CFA. A comprehensive Total Rewards package that prioritizes wellbeing, including parental leave. Base salary plus unlimited earning potential through commission and fees.
