We are actively seeking skilled Business Analysts (BA) and Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to join our client in the direct banking sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the financial services industry, contributing to transformative projects that drive innovative banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking systems and processes.
• Identify and propose process improvements, helping to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications for new or enhanced banking applications.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to support system enhancements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in banking systems and processes.
• Provide support for project management, including timeline tracking, risk management, and documentation.
