Job Description

As Global Brand Manager , you will elevate Zenduit’s presence in the telematics and SaaS industries by fostering an integrated marketing approach that emphasizes brand leadership, strategic alignment, and global scalability. Beyond executing marketing campaigns, the role expands to encompass thought leadership, innovation, and measurable impact in brand recognition, customer acquisition, and retention. With a sharper focus on global brand strategy, partnership ecosystems, and leveraging emerging technologies, this role ensures Zenduit remains at the forefront of its industry.

Responsibilities :

Global Brand Leadership :

Evolve and manage a cohesive global brand strategy to establish Zenduit as a trusted leader in telematics and SaaS.

Drive thought leadership initiatives such as industry white papers, keynote speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships to position Zenduit as an authority in fleet management and connected solutions.

Cultivate a consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints and regions.

Marketing Strategy Development :

Integrate Zenduit’s marketing efforts with its overarching business strategy, focusing on global scalability and regional adaptability.

Leverage advanced analytics and customer insights to shape data-driven marketing strategies.

Prioritize customer segmentation and personalized marketing approaches to maximize relevance and engagement.

Digital Transformation and Innovation :

Lead the adoption of AI-driven tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline operations, optimize customer engagement, and enhance campaign ROI.

Oversee the creation of immersive digital experiences (e.g., interactive webinars, virtual product demos) that differentiate Zenduit in the market.

Explore emerging technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and blockchain for innovative marketing initiatives.

Channel and Partner Marketing :

Strengthen Zenduit’s partner marketing programs by implementing co-marketing initiatives that enhance reseller engagement and drive mutual growth.

Develop tailored campaigns for specific verticals (e.g., logistics, government, and telecommunications) to address unique customer needs.

PR, Branding, and Communications :

Elevate Zenduit’s brand narrative to resonate with global and regional audiences, emphasizing innovation, customer success, and sustainability.

Expand public relations efforts to secure top-tier media coverage and partnerships with industry influencers.

Launch campaigns that highlight Zenduit’s commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles to enhance reputation and attract new markets.

Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Leadership :

Deepen collaboration with product teams to integrate customer feedback into product development and messaging.

Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure the success of new product launches and upgrades, meeting adoption goals and increasing upsells.

Create region-specific training materials and collateral to empower sales teams globally.

Customer-Centric Campaigns :

Launch advocacy programs that transform Zenduit’s top customers into brand ambassadors, leveraging testimonials and case studies to build credibility.

Introduce loyalty and rewards programs to strengthen customer retention and upsell opportunities.

Global Collaboration and Leadership :

Partner with the COO, Global Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Managers (EMEA, LATAM, NA) to align marketing objectives with sales and operational goals.

Mentor and empower marketing leaders to innovate, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Foster a culture of accountability and creativity within the global marketing team.

KPIs : Brand Leadership :

Increase Zenduit’s position in industry rankings and thought leadership indices by 20% annually.

Achieve >

30 mentions in tier-1 media outlets annually, including interviews, features, and bylines.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience :

  • 7+ years in brand management, marketing, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success in global branding, events, and product marketing.
  • Familiarity with telematics or IoT is a plus.
