Compétences en anglais (intermédiaire CLB5) est un atout. Être organisé, méthodique, débrouillard, travaille avec rigueur et minutie, esprit critique, analytique, curieux, axé sur le service à la clientèle Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un logiciel comptable (Sage, Acomba, SAP). Une expérience dans l'utilisation de SAP sera un atout. Maîtrise de la suite Office, incluant Word et Excel. La connaissance de Powerpoint et SharePoint sont un atout. Mission du poste
Relevant du directeur comptable, ce poste apporte un soutien analytique et opérationnel essentiel au bon fonctionnement du département comptable. Il consiste à effectuer l'ensemble des opérations courantes afin de garantir l'exactitude et l'actualisation des registres financiers de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités
- Enregistrer les transactions quotidiennes dans le système comptable;
- Saisir les revenus et les dépenses autorisées dans le système comptable;
- Maintenir la liste des fournisseurs à jour dans le système comptable et sur les sites bancaires;
- Compléter et soumettre les rapports de taxes;
- Planifier les paiements annuels d'acomptes prévisionnels d'impôts et de taxes;
- Gérer le processus de paie et des comptes de dépenses;
- Faire les conciliations bancaires;
- Gérer le processus de fin de mois et d'année;
- S'assurer de la bonne classification des documents comptables, administratifs et légaux;
- Conseiller le Directeur des finances.
