Recognized as one of Canada’s most prominent multi-disciplinary design studios, our client has a strong international footprint with projects in over 26 cities and 9 countries. Their work is known for creativity, depth, and collaboration, serving clients in hospitality, real estate development, and global brands.
The studio blends creativity with strategy, and they’re looking for someone who can do the same.
About the Role
As Proposal Manager, you’ll play a central role in winning new work and shaping how the studio is represented to potential clients. Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager and collaborating with Partners, Design Directors, and Operations, you’ll oversee the end-to-end proposal process—from lead vetting and RFP development to proposal submission and project transition.
What You’ll Do
- Own the proposal process : write, edit, and assemble winning RFP responses
- Partner with leadership to shape annual business development strategies and goals
- Track and manage the BD pipeline across the studio, including CRM maintenance
- Gather input from internal teams and clients, coordinate calls, and lead timelines
- Create visually impactful and tailored pitch decks and proposal documents
- Maintain and enhance a library of resumes, project sheets, case studies, and templates
- Support contract drafting, compliance checks, and smooth project handoff
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative Services to ensure proposals align with the brand
- Participate in client calls and meetings as a key voice of the studio
