On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Client's team on a contract basis. This role is Hybrid in Victoria , with a 6-month initial contract and potential for a 6-month extension.

Summary of the Role

This is a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager role requiring expertise in delivering technology solutions to law firms or legal departments within financial services . The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives, work closely with diverse stakeholders, and bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead business analysis and project management efforts on strategic technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users and technical teams.
• Document complex business and system requirements with clarity.
• Conduct and oversee integration and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure smooth system integration and alignment with application architecture.
• Drive projects to completion within tight timelines.
• Manage medium-sized projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Provide timely project status updates.
• Apply Agile project delivery methodologies (preferred).
