Insurance Account Representative (Desjardins Agent Team Member)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This position offers a rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Focus on growing Life Insurance sales through proactive client conversations and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, billing, claims, and eligibility.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work closely with the Agent to achieve office sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• LLQP License and OTL License are required.
• Previous sales experience is preferred (insurance, retail, inside sales, outside sales, or telemarketing).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to source own leads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
