Insurance Sales Producer

• Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website
• Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
• Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
• Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

• RIBO License and proven success in insurance sales are required.

Role Details

• Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm and Rotational Weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Location: Remote across Canada

• Compensation: $40,000 salary + 40% commission on new business
