Group Benefits Sales and Client Care Representative-Calgary
We are a new Alberta based brokerage dedicated to assisting Canadian businesses design affordable employee group benefit plans for their specific needs.
About The Role :
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Representative to join our team. This role can be a hybrid work arrangement , but preferably to work on site in our Calgary office 5 mornings a week from 8.30 to 1.00. Salary will be commensurate with experience and the opportunity to move to full time will be available in future.
The Representative is responsible for servicing a small in-force block of business as well as participating in the acquisition and installation of new business.
You will provide support for our employer group clients, as well as supporting our Principal in acquiring new business. The role focuses primarily on assisting in acquiring new clients from our many warm prospects.
What Will You Do :
- Answer phone calls and assist clients and TPA with service
- Train and educate Plan Administrators on our TPA system as it applies to them.
- Provide ongoing client services including assisting in account enrollments, plan revisions and policy renewals
- Perform telephone and online service calls to assigned accounts.
- Assist in marketing to our Association and customer leads and communicate our servicers to prospects.
