Job Title : Insurance Associate

Location : York Region, ON

Length of Assignment : Month Contract

Salary : $ / hour

Job Responsibilities :

Respond to incoming calls from clients and / or their insurance representatives
Open insurance mail, filing and entering the information into the system
Make outgoing calls to clients and / or their insurance representatives to obtain details of insurance coverage
Accurately document client or insurance representative's comments and actions taken in customer's electronic file
Respond to requests for assistance from other departments in a timely and efficient manager

Qualifications :

University Degree / College Diploma

Fluency in French is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Superior data entry skills, excellent typing skills (Speed and Accuracy)

Proficiency with Excel (Basic to Intermediate)

Must have clean credit

Self-starter and independent

Team-oriented and results-driven
