We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients, an investment bank set in Montreal

Role Overview :

The candidate will have to gather the user requirements, specify the solutions to put in place, coordinate the test cases execution, contribute to execution when needed, contribute to change management by training the users when required and ensure that all developers understand well the business needs / requirements.

The candidate will work in a team responsible for Prime Borkerage applications

Key responsibilities :

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

Handle product owner responsibilities, challenge requirements, negotiate with stakeholders and achieve agreement

• Take ownership of critical projects and drive Operating and Steering committee meetings
• Coordinate with the production support team in resolving L3 production issues
• Lead project sprints, scrum meetings and release meetings with the different stakeholders
• Act as an expert to the Prime Brokerage group and specify the requirements for the business, requests / projects to the development team.
• Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives

LANGUAGE : English : mandatory

French : is a plus
