The Role

The School of Trades Fairview Campus is seeking a Sessional Welding Instructor from August 15, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in helping students achieve their goals while sharing their Welding knowledge and experience with those students. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to instruct in a variety of courses within the Department, while also sharing their passion for their trade in both the classroom and the shop.

Duties include :

• Prepare and present classes in both theory and practical settings
• Organize and supervise practical assignments
• Conduct student evaluations
• Maintain necessary paperwork
• Participate in program recruitment and curriculum development.
