Your opportunity :

Reporting to the Associate Director, Undergraduate Academic Services, and under the general supervision of the Undergraduate Pedagogical Support Specialist and Associate Chair, Undergraduate Studies, and in consultation with faculty and instructors, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for the teaching of Computer Science, particularly for first and second year Computer Science courses and labs.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Responding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting as appropriate
• Disseminating program and / or service information
• Coordinating the submission process of student grades / marks
• Coordinating the preparation and distribution of program and / or course material
• Editing program and service materials
• Collating and organizing materials
• Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
• Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate space and resource requirements
