Iridia Medical is a leading medical services provider located in Vancouver, BC. Since , Iridia Medical has been at the forefront of enabling peace of mind for those responding to medical emergencies. The company operates in four essential divisions : Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Solutions, Remote Care Services, Medical Consulting, and Organizational Health Programs, each playing a crucial role in their mission.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Iridia Medical. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, Cold calling , account management, and sales efforts. The role entails building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Qualifications

Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years sales experience.
Work Permit
