Digital Health, a Shared Health service, is dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through the strategic use of information and communication technology. This initiative aims to establish efficient and effective information management and communication processes across the provincial health sector, driving digital transformation in healthcare.
Work Location :
This role is fully remote; however, services must be performed within Canada.

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements :
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Proof required.
- Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) Certification Proof required.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification Proof requested.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Requirements :
Candidates should demonstrate expertise in the following areas, with relevant examples :
Develop project plans and budgets, monitor performance against defined metrics, and report progress to steering committees.
Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis, identify gaps, and provide recommendations.
Manage projects overseeing network infrastructure rollouts in healthcare facilities or hospitals.
Identify and analyze alternative solutions, develop metrics, and measure expected benefits.
Implement Office 365 solutions in large-scale organizations (5000+ users).
Conduct privacy impact assessments for information systems.
Analyze software systems for vulnerabilities, assess security risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
