Position Overview

in enhancing our Trust posture, focusing on security and privacy awareness across Autodesk. You are a candidate that is a strong communicator, has knowledge of security and privacy best practices, and has experience developing training programs.
You will report to the Director Chief of Staff, Trust and this will be a fully remote role for candidates based in Canada.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with teams to develop, implement and maintain security and privacy training programs
You will facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
You will support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns including trainings, videos, presentations and communications
You will conduct in-house phishing simulations strategically designed based on currently prevalent threats
You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs
You will be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration including developing, managing and reporting on content
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Prior experience developing training programs, curriculum development, and role-mapping
Knowledge of editing tools for curating and creating training content
Familiarity in creating internal corporate wide phishing campaigns
Familiarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Comfortable engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders to promote Autodesk's approach to security / privacy and build trust in the organization

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $68,300 and $100,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
