Our client, a growing business in the Lower Mainland, is looking to add an IT Manager to their team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a small team while driving the execution of the company’s IT strategy. This is a unique opportunity to modernize and elevate the company's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple locations.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Lead and guide the team by providing clear direction, support, and mentorship, which includes conducting training, overseeing performance evaluations, and facilitating onboarding.
Develop, execute, and oversee strategic initiatives to integrate and manage information technology systems.
Establish and maintain comprehensive policies and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service expectations are consistently met and proactively address user needs.
Oversee partnerships with system providers and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Manage Windows-based infrastructure, including systems and network administration.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to systems and networks.
Administer and manage ERP systems effectively.
Handle the administration of Office 365.
Occasional travel to other locations within the Lower Mainland and BC will be required.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline.
7+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based applications and systems.
Experience supporting IT Service delivery across multiple sites.
Demonstrated proactive approach, flexibility, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Must have a reliable vehicle and hold a valid BC driver's license.
